Terms and Conditions
- TBG will provide you with a copy of the survey results when they have been compiled and formatted. The results are reflect the opinions of those who have completed the survey and are not the opinions of TBG London or any of its employees.
- Because of the possibility of human and mechanical error, as well as other factors, TBG London is not responsible for any errors in or omissions from the information contained in the survey results.
- TBG London will under no circumstances be liable to the provider of opinion, a company where opinions have been voiced by the provider of the opinion and reflected in the results and/or any third party, regardless of the form of action, for any lost profits or lost opportunity, or any indirect, special, consequential, incidental or punitive damages whatsoever, even if TBG London has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- TBG will donate £5 for every completed survey to the Red Nose Day appeal, up to a maximum of £1,000. The donation will occur when the survey is closed.
- The expected close date for the survey is 16th March, 2007.
